Will MemoryBox ever cost money?
No. MemoryBox is free to use, and always will be.
Is there a limit to how many memories I can upload?
You can add as many memories as you like. Each individual upload is limited to 100MB to keep everything secure and reliable.
What happens if I stop using MemoryBox or forget about it?
Your MemoryBox stays safely stored even if you stop logging in. You do not need to keep it active for your memories to be preserved and shared as you intended.
Who can access my MemoryBox?
Only you can access your MemoryBox while you are alive. Trusted contacts cannot view your memories. Your recipients only receive what you choose to share.
How are my memories shared in the future?
When a death is reported and confirmed, your memories are shared securely with the people you selected.
